Reshonda Lawrence, CPC, CPMA
Founder & Principal Consultant
With more than 10 years of hands-on experience in medical billing, coding, and reimbursement, Reshonda Lawrence, CPC, CPMA, brings extensive knowledge of healthcare billing processes, coding accuracy, auditing, and regulatory compliance. Her diverse professional background provides a practical understanding of the financial, operational, and documentation challenges healthcare organizations face.

Her professional background includes medical billing operations, payment posting, orthopedic coding and auditing, physician education, EMS billing, and documentation processes, and payer-specific compliance reviews. Her experience across multiple medical specialties provides a well-rounded understanding of specialty-specific documentation, coding, billing and reimbursement requirements. She holds an Associate of Science degree in Healthcare Reimbursement and maintains the Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) credentials.

Beyond her technical expertise, Reshonda has demostrated a strong commitment to professional development and education through leadership roles within the AAPC Biloxi-Gulfport Chapter, including serving as Chapter President and Vice-President.Â
She is also a member of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Incorporated, where she currently serves as Financial Secretary.
